Enhance the presentation of your Viewer with links to external sources.

1. Find the Configure icon in the bottom left corner of the interface and click it.
   
2. In the Configuration area, scroll to the Viewer External Link panel and click Add (if viewer external links already exist, you will click Manage, which will appear in the same space).
   
3. On the View External Links page, click the Add URL button.
   
4. When the Add New Link dialog opens, give the link a name in the Caption field and enter the address to which you wish to link in the URL field. Check the Embedded Dialog box.
   
   • Add variables to the link URL by following the example on the dialog.
5. Click the Add button to create the External View link, or click the Cancel button to close the dialog without altering the View.
6. Choose the Viewer option on the Tool Bar.
   
7. In the workspace, click the External Views Dialog icon.
   
8. When the window opens, review the contents. Expand the drop-down to choose another External View link to view.
